How fresh are the cookies, and how should I store them?
Every cookie is individually heat-sealed and stays fresh at room temperature for up to two weeks. They also freeze beautifully if you'd like to enjoy them later.
How much lead time do you need?
Custom orders require at least 7 days' notice. Presale drops have set pickup windows, so just order within the drop's dates and I'll let you know when they're ready.
Is there a minimum order?
Custom decorated cookies have a 2-dozen minimum so I can give each set the detail it deserves.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes — local pickup and local delivery are both available. The exact address is shared after your order is confirmed.
How much do custom cookies cost?
Custom cookies start at $52 per dozen. Final pricing depends on the number and detail of designs, the colors used, and the techniques involved.
Do you accommodate allergies?
Cookies are baked in a home kitchen that also handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, and wheat. Please ask about any specific allergies before ordering.
